There are 5 important tips that can transform your poor health state into a stronger health state. You do not need to be too strict on yourself, you just need to be aware about your health and follow my recommended five tips that I am going to share below.
#1. Drink a Lot of Water:
Drinking enough water keeps your body safe from dehydration. In addition, it improves your concentration, memory power and reaction time. It reduces anxiety and regulates the functioning of your heart.
The water plays an important role in food digestion in your body. If your body gets enough water throughout the day, the chances of digestive diseases and constipation are zero. Drinking water also reduces the chances of stone development in your kidney.
#2. Eat Warm Food:
You should always prefer to eat warm food because the warm food is more digestion-friendly. When you eat warm food, your body easily absorbs its nutrients that are not possible with the cold food.
If you need to eat your lunch at office or in your car, you may not get the warm food. In this situation, you should get a battery powered microwave to heat up food before the lunchtime. It is easy to use in your car and the mini microwave takes only 30 to 45 minutes to warm up the food.
#3. More Healthy, Less Junk:
You should focus more on health food and less on junk food. I do not suggest you to leave the junk food completely because it is not possible all the time. I just suggest that you should have more healthy food to stay fit and healthy in your daily life.
The healthy food includes fruits, raw vegetables and homemade meals that are filled with nutrients, vitamins and minerals. You can eat junk food once a week to enjoy the taste of your favorite food. So my suggested health plan will not feel like a punishment as you can eat your favorite food sometimes.
#4. Stay Active throughout the Day:
Many health experts suggest to do yoga and physical exercise everyday. In case you cannot do it for some reasons, do not worry. I suggest you to do some stretching in the morning and stay active throughout the day. It simply means that you should not sit on a chair or recliner for longer during the daytime.
You must stay physically active i.e. keep your back straight when you sit on a bench or chair or anywhere. Do not sit longer than one hour at a place. If your work is sitting on a chair for 8 hours, take a break of 2-3 minutes walking every hour.
You should not lie down on a bed in daytime if you are not ill or old-aged. Do not spend your day sitting or lying inside a room, just go out for walking, cycling, jogging or play a sports game that keep you physically active. It will improve your physical health as well as mental health.
#5. Take Enough Sleep:
Taking enough sleep is important for everyone. Depending upon your age, the definition of enough sleep will vary. If you are an adult, you must take at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night. If you do not sleep enough, it will cause sickness and lack of energy in your body.
Taking enough sleep fills up your body with energy, makes you feel fresh and reduces the risk of sickness. With enough sleep, you will feel less stress and more happiness, you will be able to think clearly and take better decisions. Taking enough sleep also reduces the risk of heart disease.
